Buy To Let Mortgage at low value

Hi,
I'm thinking of buying a property as buy to let. Up here, the prices are much lower than elsewhere. I'm looking at £33k for a flat and I'm after a mortgage of £25 on it. I'm trying to find a lender who will go that low and provide a good rate? Does anyone know of the best way to go about this?Maybe a personal loan would be better?

Lots of lenders will do this, but you need to look for a deal with either no or as little fee's as possibleI am a Mortgage Adviser
