I am about to put in a second offer on a house.I will obviously be getting a survey done but my question is this..If surveyor came back with undervalue of the house,do i have to repay the fees to get the mortgage anyway? If vendors drop the price due to undervalue and price negotiation do i have to repay this fee if i want to carry on the sale?
