at the moment i've went a bit mad on body shop make up, i find their eyeshadows really good and they stay on all day/night, some of the cheaper ones only last a few hours before they need reapplying
the bourjoius (sp) creme eyeshadows are good as well for long lasting but only come in a range of about 5 colours

in my makeup box i have ranges from boots no 17 to clinique make up (its a bad spending habit of mine lol) and i usually stick to brands i like and know will last all day/night

It lightens up around the eyes, or anywhere that needs covering a bit. Yes, it's perfect for spots and pimples too!

You shouldn't really use it on spots or pimples because it's designed to lighten dark areas (ie under your eyes) not camouflage areas (as you would want for spots etc.). As it's a highlighter you'll actually be drawing attention to the spots! But, if it works for you then why not? :D

I used to use it, but never felt it was as brilliant as the magazines make out, and then i discovered laura mercier secret concealer and secret brightening powder (bought on ebay, of course!) which are incredible and really DO get rid of undereye nastiness :rotfl: NOT secret camouflage, btw, which is for spots and is much drier (and no good for under eyes).

    I'm loving MAC lip glosses.
I've just had a MAC makeover (part of my birthday pressie) and have spent £100 on their stuff so still haven't made a decision about whether it is the best stuff I've used but I've been using their Lip glosses for a few years and they are great and from the range I have just bought the cream blusher is brilliant. I've had several comments in the last 2 weeks (since starting to use it) how well I'm looking (and considering I'm pregnant and have been looking very drawn and pale recently, think this is down to the makeup).

I like the organic Lavera cosmetics I get from http://www.oliveorganic.com The concealer's lovely and light.I've got quite dark circles under my eyes and tis one's good at covering them.
They've got some lovely new moisturisers on there from Pai which I'm desperate to try. They're not really expensive but I still need to save up my pennies.
