17 and fired... when do I get paid?

Basically, on Thursday night I was dismissed half way through my shift because the supervisor felt that I wasn't doing very well, and wasn't enjoying the job.
Which to be perfectly honest, was fine, because I only planned to work there until the 31/08 but anyway. I think that the reason she gave for firing me, was well a tiny bit crap. I was only there for a week and a day- it was a job taking Phone surveys and my target was 10 in a night (which was unfair- I won't explain- but it was) and , I didn't hit the target, but I got like 6-8 done which the project manager seemed happy by, and other employees were doing much the same.
So I felt I was doing rather well.
But they fired me, and thats that- which like I said is fine because being abused for £5.60 an hour isn't really my thing anyway.

Also I submitted a P44, will I get a P45?

But when do I get paid- they owe me around £215- will I get this, and if so when.

They gave the date of the normal payday as 5/09/2012, will I have to wait until then or could I get it on Tuesday?

I expect if you are due money you will get it on the day you would otherwise have been paid on.

Best to call and ask them when you'll get it - here people can only speculate. I'd assume you would receive it on the scheduled payday but I'd ring to confirm otherwise they might 'forget'.

Don't worry, he doesn't really need it apparently. One can only imagine...

Well I like money, but I don't need it at the moment. I live with my parents and they buy me everything I need, and pay for me to go out ect. I only went to work to stop me from being bored over the holiday... then they fired me- but although, I've said I don't need it, it would be nice to have it- also, I spent a whole week of my holiday there- so I'm having it?
