    Hi guys.
    Thanks to everyone for letting me know about these Tesco bargains. I got £11 worth of stuff today for 50p thanks to leaflets at the pharmacy counter!! I would never have thought of looking there. I am well chuffed and looking forward to hunting out more bargains.
    Special thanks goes to my yorkshire friend (you know who you are !!!)
    Anyone else in the yorkshire or tyneside area spots Quit booklets I would be grateful of a tip-off!!!

    I know its probably been asked a thousand times but can i get £20 worth of stuff and use double the vouchers? just thought i might be able to save myself another trip later on :confused:

    I have found buying smaller quantities more successful. (ie £10 at a time) If SA refuses the vouchers then it's not such a disappointment.

    Thanks everyone - i think i will stick to the smaller quantities :D I only managed to do it right the first time today and its such a buzz (dare i say it even more than boots! :eek: )

    Some people have an extra basket with some 'bits and bobs' for their 'Mum';) and manage to put through 2 lots of vouchers over 2 transactions. I tried this once but ran out of hands. I got myself all flustered and felt v uncomfortable. I suppose that if the SA refused the vouchers on the first shop you could simply abandon your 'mums' shopping.

    :rotfl: It is a buzz, but nerve racking as well! I also do smaller shops and wish I had the guts to do a £20 shop, then I wouldn't have to go so often! I'm sure I end up spending more money on other items! Argh.
