TERMS AND CONDITIONS
One entry per household
Winner will receive the following prize: Short break in Rome for two, consisting of:
• three nights’ accommodation at the Boscolo Palace Hotel in Rome (based on double or twin room (subject to availability) with ensuite facilities; breakfast included);
• return flights for two people to Rome (direct flight from winner’s nearest available international airport (which may not be the closest airport); includes taxes and surcharges);
• return private transfers from airport (Rome) to hotel;
• private La Dolce Vita Tour for two people (subject to availability at time of booking, includes guide and admissions; transport between venues is not included. Please note that the La Dolce Vita Tour uses narrow and/or cobbled streets. If Winner or guest has restricted mobility, Promoter will work with Winner to arrange a suitable alternative); and
• travel insurance for winner and guest (subject to terms of acceptance; pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered).

Prize must be taken within 12 months from the closing date. Travel is subject to availability and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter, school holidays, and UK and Italian bank holidays. The prize does not include UK transfers, meals (other than as stated above), trips (other than as stated above), taxes, service charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above.
8. The prize winner(s) and guests are responsible for their own passport and visa arrangements.
9. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

At the top of page it does say it closes at 12 noon on 7th September so maybe the message that comes up after submitting is either from an old comp or just an error.
