Tesco Online.....?? Argh

Hi all

I'm sure there's a really simple answer to this, but I can't suss it :o

I know from teh meal planner threads that a fair few of you chap and chapess's use Tesco Online. I have my Clubcard registered, but when I go into my favourites, I don't have anything in there. I also can't see anywhere where I can create a 'checklist' of monthly bits I might need that I can select when I want to place an order... does such a thing exist?

I'm really starting to hate trapsing round Tescos for half a day at the wekend and thought it'd be fab if I could start a template list of there and order online. Otherwise it means I have to recreate my list each time

Sorry if this is in the wrong place Mods.....

Thanks all... I feel I'm going bananas... I've even ahd my collegues puzzling over it!

My favourites only shows thing you have previously bought online. After a few shops you will build up a list and it speeds thing up. You can then look at your favourites by catergory. Hope that helps

Hmm... maybe that's the answer then. Might be a bit slow to start with, but as the list builds up.....

Do you know how long the favourites are kept for (i.e. if I buy stuff to last me two months, will it still be on the favourites list when I go to reorder it?)

    Hi Shortie,

As far as I know your favourites are kept indefinitely. Making your first order is very time consuming but after that it becomes easier.

As this is more of a shopping thread than an Old Style thread I'll move it over to the Shop but Don't drop where hopefully you'll get more replies.

It stays for ever although I believe you can delete things, not that I ever have.

Edit: Oh and you can view details of recent orders as well. Useful if you are likely to order similar things each time as then you can just add each item by clicking on a button.

I think that when you start to do online shopping your in store purchases go on your favourites too... why else would my husband's sneaky trips to buy crisps and chocolate show up as a favourite!!
