Recommended fryer?

I'm looking for a fryer under £200. I would have preferred under £40 as I've seen many, but I don't think they are as good as the expensive ones after reading the reviews.
We tend to stay away from eating too much unhealthy food in terms of drenching certain things in oil, but some foods require that.
I think I have seen a Tefal which is expensive but many recommend it. Thought I'd ask on here before I purchase.
The less oil the better, but what about foods that require more oil? The tefal only uses one spoon but I can think of some party foods which would need much more oil than that.
