Barclays scam

I recieved an e-mail today saying that barclays are updating their system and required me to use their link to re-submit all my bank details, it was finished Barclays Bank Security Department and signed sincerely yours which made me worried. If you get one inform internetsecurity@barclays.co.uk:

There seems to be a glut of them going around at the moment.
I usualy check the full headers of the email, find where it originaly came from and report them to their ISP.0
