Hey everyone!
I am not severly in debt, but I am still in debt!
I have a loan at £9,00 but pay monthly through my bank ( I have already paid £5,000 off). I also have a cc which is about £4,800. This is the one that I want to pay off! I pay the minimun whch will take years to pay and frankly having the extra money will be great!
This is going to be my diary of my progress. Any ups and downs included! My baby is due in March so ideally I'd love to pay it off by then :jbut I know it is a big ask from myself! I know it can be done though! (looking at all the amazing people one here it is possible)
I know I need to begin by getting extra monies from elsewhere (saving money, cutting back on luxuries, getting money for cds, dvds etc)
My 1% including interest is £52 so a little at a time is my target.
Any advice, support or a general hey will be much appreciated!

All changed now on the CC front so thanks for pointing it out.
Step1) Sell DVDs. OH and myself have double copies so these can be sold.Former Debt free wannabe. Now trying to save for a rainy day!0 -
The DVDs have now been sorted. £25.02 richer, which is a start.
I'm glad I've sorted it now because it is getting closer to the time that I'll go back to work. When I go back I'll be busy planning and sorting things out for the kids for the new school year, and those DVDs have been in a bag, sitting there for months!Former Debt free wannabe.
