I bought a sideboard from them which had a big split in the top, so they replaced it with another, but when I opened the packaging, it was also damaged. I called them again, but as the item was out of stock, all they could offer was my money back or a 5% discount (5% was the most they said they could offer as they were not the manufacturers). I ended up keeping it and not bothering with the discount as I needed it urgently and it was cheap anyway, but hopefully they will offer you a better deal.0

Bought a 32" TV and after 5 months notice that the tube is turning pink. They will be taking it away soon and getting a full refund.0

Go and take a look at https://www.bargaincrazy.com and you will see the range they do. If youre thinking of buying then you can go through quidco and earn.
It seems its mail order type catalogue goods.
They have a very good 'price plunge' section which is currently being rebuilt but in this section items start off at usually 50% off and drop 10% a time to end up at 90% off, until sold.
Have had quite a few very good bargains from them myself over time. My friend got her leather sofa from there for something like £140 (real leather in case youre wondering).0
