More Free Credit From O2 (Merged)

HI, we have been on the reward scheme for about 3 months now and its amazing how much you can get back at the end the reward time.
Could someone please tell me where to get the free sim from 02??? I cant find it, sorr.

I did the same and followed the instructions but got a text saying that I had already claimed and they would text me back soon - and got the same instructions to ring 131. After repeating both of these steps several times I gave up, but this morning I checked my balance and found they had topped me up. Prob. solved!! But I have no idea still how to claim properly. Perhaps I will find out in October.

Maybe the problem is when you text. I rung instead of texting to claim my money and during the call it asked to press 1 to claim my reward. Having done this it then informed that I would be credited within 48hours. Later on that day though I noticed I had been credited.

Regarding the free sim cards, it was a one-day offer which has now closed I'm afraid. If they do it again in the future you can apply for a maximum of 6 free sim cards.

Yeah thats right the last time they did it was a few days ago so it will be a month or so until they do it again

I'm sure this is a silly question, but why do you need more than one sim card? I thought you only changed your sim card if you wanted to change to another supplier? I don't use a mobile very often as you can guess, but both my son's are now after one.
