Sorry to qoute my own. It was actually the till that bleeped the 2 lads I dealt with were more than willing. ;) Even apologetic when 2 £1.00 toiletries were rejected, Bless. :D
I did buy 2 lots of kids flipflops & boy trainers. Perhaps the flipflops throu it.

I got the impression from your post(so did others...from following posts) that it was the clothing coupons that were rejected.(when you said it only accepted 1 quit and 1 other + the £10 and £4)...........if it was just the £1 toiletries then the "panic is over".......

Ive had £70 taken off a £60 spend today, and other multiples(in other stores) went through ok, so I cant uderstand if it was the "clothing that beeped".......why???......unless your total was short.

I've never had any SA refuse vouchers. I pick a teenage boy and when I'm about to pay I say "I'm not sure which one of these will work. Will you scan them and see if they are OK?"

We all try to pick these guys, but there are the odd ones that have limits....and sometimes(if you do this often) there arent any on the tills.

I read Kronens post as only 1x £6.00 qp (as opposed to the 2 x £6 qp you should be able to use on £60 spend & only 1 x £6.00 yellow (as opposed to the 2 x £6 yellow you should be able to use on £60 spend) The £10 off £50 went through so imagine for some reason the till didn't recognise a £60 spend on clothing. I always try to ensure I pick up about £65/£70 worth of clothes so I'm well covered.

    Karen23 Correct, sorry for confusion.
Only 1 £6.00 yellow & 1 £6.00 qp was accepted by the till on a £61.50 clothes shop. The till bleeped & the lad tried his best for me. As I said maybe the flipflops were the culpret. These guys try there hardest for me.

evening everyone - can u all tell me where you find all these different clothing coupons? My regular store is a big extra with a pharmacy - there are no H&B, no quit kits and no clothing vouchers - and I am in there almost everyday so have been keeping a look out. There have been clothing vouchers in the past but none recently and have had the old quits and other h&b vouchers ages ago but none now. I have also registered online for the clothing vouchers and received nothing...

My dd starts school in sept so wanted to stock up on bits for her - so any tips would be appreciated....

    Thanks, debxxx

PS - Welshy - you amaze me on a daily basis - sounds like you have had a fun day :)

Deb, only one store in my area has had any vouchers recently.
    It's really frustrating isn't it.
Why don't you join the Paid to Shop forum as there are lots of people doing swaps or sometimes giving away unwanted coupons?
As a last resort you could try ebay?
    Good luck.

thanks mutley muppet - i have bought some h&b's off ebay today, and some of the spring clothing vouchers - they all seem to be going for loads though - and I cant help feeling annoyed when 1 seller is listing LOADS of all of these - grrrr. I put an offer in on some the other day - for £5 plus postage - and my bid was rejected (they wanted £9 or best offer andthere were 6 lots available) - for FREE vouchers!!

It would have been the flipflops, footwear comes up as a separate dept to clothing.

I've bought ladies & mens shoe's with old quit clothing & blue vouchers with no problems? Maybe flip flops are different somehow??
