Hi all, I am giving consideration to trying to claim back ppi on my mortgage with direct line, (I dont need it) my questions are would I need to remortgae if I did make a claim, my credit it rating is poor and I wouldnt get one now a days.
I also wanted to add my fiancee to the title deads but was told by direct line the mortgage would have to be re-sold/ re-morgaged and as they no longer offer mortgages it would have to be with another company is this true
thanks in advance for any advice.

Why do you not need PPI for your mortgage?
If you could not pay it through illness or redundancy you could end up losing your home.0
