Payslip query

I've just received my March payslip. It shows period 12 so I thought the gross to date should equal my contractual annual salary. It is short by about 84%. I am applying for a mortgage but have misplaced my P60. I was hoping my March payslip would suffice. Am I missing something or have I been underpaid??
The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.

"It is short by about 84%"
Do you really mean you've only been paid 16% of your annual salary, or do you mean you've been paid 16% less than your annual salary?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Are you paid four weekly, rather than monthly? May be that you have 13 periods in the year (so to speak....)Number 86 - Stole a car from a one legged woman... I'm just trying to be a better person0

I want to gather some information so that I can be sure that what they tell me is accurate. They've given me misinformation in the past. I think it depends on who responds to the call.
Nothing wrong with that is there? Mr. HELPFUL? Hmm?The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0 -

Yes I do, thanks for replying. However the amount that is short states "gross salary" which I think is before deductions. The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0 -

Ah, ok that might be it. I'll call them now and hear what they say.The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0 -

Yes they confirmed that gross salary as detailed on my payslip is the same as 'taxable' salary and hence they've deducted all my benefits which are tax-free such as my pension, medical insurance, charity contributions, life insurance, etc. Apparently my total annual salary is never detailed on a payslip.

This is where we are with compensation culture. You are accusing your pay dept of getting it wrong and you dont even know how often you are paid.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
