Morning all

Was rudely awoken in the middle of a very obscure dream by the landline ringing. By the time my brain processed the thought and i got there it stopped and they didnt leave a message. Frustrating know one thing it won't be a win as I never use the landline number so wont have missed anything exciting :rotfl:

Hope everyone has a lucky Friday. I am now sat thinking i wish i didnt agree to do overtime tomorrow... Saturdays are my dayoff i should keeo my days off. This week yesterday will be my only day off and next week working 6 days too so only one day off again.

Think of the money Becks! I remember times when DH and I were both doing overtime and collecting kids etc - not fun. Glad we are lucky enough not to have to work anymore.

I have the day to myself today, DH & DD are off to the O2 to see an exhibition of music. If they manage to find it of course. It has been known for them to drive to London, circle a few times, not find anywhere to park and come home again DH & I are renowned for getting lost, perhaps that's why I don't like going anywhere

Off to see Dad this morning, then back for a few hours comping. Hope I don't get any uninvited 'visitors' while I'm alone. There was a great big spider on the carpet last night, I hate them :eek: Don't know what I would have done if DH hadn't been here. That's one of the drawbacks of having a dog, you constantly have doors open because they're out in the garden.

not much to do today thank goodness

cleared up in the garden yesterday & caught up with most rl stuff :eek::D only tesco online shop to do later on so hopefully it's going to be a comps catch up day today
though saying that something usually comes along & interferes :rotfl::rotfl:

Best get ready for work as its Friday and that means lunch with MIL first. Not done it for a few weeks though so will be nice. Lovely sunny day again. Typical for it to be nice once kids are back at school.

Must remember not to do any overtime the week after next as best mate is working close by so he is visiting us for a few days.

Sheils you are right I am doing it for the extra money which I have to keep in mind its just i would rather have the hours added to my normal shifts s its a real bug bear of mine that i spend over an hour travelling for a three hour shift.

Now i know why my post has been boring all week he has been saving them up for a friday treat. Four packages tday. One was an order i was expecting. One was my ICHI facebook win and then two surprises... A pair of milkman boxer shorts and a nuby mini steriliser (handy as two babies due in the family in next 8 weeks)
