Hi everyone

Lovely sunny weather here today and I think its set to stay a bit.

Did my 10K and didnt walk a bit. I was going to run 10 mins walk 3, but I just thought why walk and actually ran it all. I did it in 1 hr, 6 mins and 48 secs which is good for a first time.

Well done zombie - I am impressed.

We had a nice walk in this lovely sunshine. Now we are waiting on DS1 getting home. He flew into Gatwick this morning,transferred to Edinburgh flight and should be driving back home now in his hire car. I worry about him driving after having next to no sleep and back in a different time zone. DD has baked him a cake.
Good luck with the Kirkcudbright comp Dreams - would be handy for you as only about 50 miles from ferry. Went and had a look at the Guest House this morning as I had never heard of it. It is in a cul de sac facing the castle and looks nice.

Dont talk to me about pictures Dreams, I usually spend about 20 mins trying and give up. Once in a while I succeed but then cant remember how I managed it, still I keep trying, one day I will get the hang of it. You know what they say "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again"

Jill - When you open a link in a new tab, it doesn't hide where you came from. If you want to permanently stop people from knowing which site you've come from, in Firefox type about:config in the address bar. A screen should come up about the risks of changing setting etc. Click "I'll be careful, I promise". In the long search bar at the top, type network.http.sendRefererHeader (or you can copy and paste it from here). Right click, select "modify" and then change the value to 0.

Close the window.

Now every time you click a link, it won't tell the website where you came from.

Dreams, Sylvia...the way I do pics on iPad is to copy pic then the little mountain thing (above) in the box you're typing in (near bold, italics, underline) I click on that and delete the http then paste the pic in that box where http was and it shows up in the box you're typing in once you've submitted. If I'm on pc I can just right click, copy and then paste in here which is easier! Sorry if I haven't explained very well

Evening all

Hope everyone had a good sunday. They were putting out all the C word stock today at work (sorry folks)

MIL had a lovely dinner ready for me again when i finished. One bonus of working a sunday is MIL always does me and hubby a sunday roast

Got a couple of birthday presents to sort in the week forgot it was September :rotfl:
