The OR will do the IPA at whatever the situation exists at the time, if the situation changes later they will then revise the IPAHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

You know the original bankruptcy form that you have to fill in, the detailed one with all your creditors etc on it. Well on this form there is an income expenditure section which isn't very detailed. Is this income expenditure form what the OR uses to calculate any IPA?0

Guys/gals - How long after you have seen the judge and he has made you bankrupt is it, approx, before you fill in the new exenditure form for the OR?0

if no IPA in place you usually have to fill in another after 6 months so they can check if any thing has changed ie a pay rise or remember next April tax allowance is increased so there will be a little more in our wage packets the O.R will need to know this.0
