Did you have the confirmation email? It'll allow you to log in, complete profile surveys etc - but it says that you will not receive surveys until you click on the link in the confirmation email first. Found mine in the spam folder.

On the male/female bit of the profiles, pressed female, obviously but it has male greyed out on that part? Anyone else have that, update it, but its still the same, just weird

Signed up a week ago, pressed the confitmation email link and filled in 100% of the profile.

No sign of any surveys

Is this really a good website?

Well it does say it's a new company. They're not going to have loads of clients straight away, so they're probably building up a database of registered users first.

Same here, signed up 5 days ago, account fully up to date the whole time and still no surveys.

I had my first survey with them today and i only signed up yesterday was for 75p!
