Dear Mr Helpful,
Why are you fighting Sally lakers corner (whoever she is), her website is same old same old, I am currently looking for a mortgage deal and as advised thought I would have a look and see if there are deals,..... the usual low rates, advertised boldy, lengthy early repayment charges in small print. I don't know about high standards looks like the same old dredge to me0 -

Hi all... Sorry I took so long to get back - end of the tax year and all!!
So, our current lender is Standard Life - we have no idea about mortgages - but it is a flexible option (hope this is making some sense)!
Just dont want to approach them so early into the mortgage and them put a black mark on our file!!
We both have great credit files and accounts look in good shape.. originally we planned on saving for the extension but we fear it will take forever!!
ps We have not replied to the dodgy dealer!! :eek:0 -
We're in roughly the same position as you, we decided not to remortgage but to take a further advance, which cost us around £20, no charge for existing clients, but just phone calls and sending documents off.
Only took 3-4 weeks as opposed to a remortgage being 6-9 weeks ish!£2 Coin Savers Club (Christmas)- £86£1 Jar (Christmas)- £29Christmas Vouchers Saved: £1450
