My partner and I have a horrendous credit record due to gamblingetc and various other exploits.we entered into a dmp to repay debts and will be free in 10 weeks time.
If we wanted to obtain a mortgage of approx 115000 in the new year would banks etc consider this (I have to be honest and admit that during this time we managed to salt some cash away maybe not right but we did).
We earn around 45000 a year combined and could probably have a 30 percent deposit ,no credit cards or other debts in our name after dmp clears.
Thanks for reading

Will depend upon many different, variable factors.
You need to get copies of your Experian, Equifax and Call Credit Reports and then you need to assess exactly what has been recorded on there.
Given your deposit and income, there will be solutions although the determining factor will be how good the broker you see is in order to achieve the best priced products..

Would have been worth upping the repayments on your DMP. As this will count against you for some considerable time.
The same finance houses you wish to apply for a mortgage from , you defaulted on. The exclusion to lend is the disincentive of precisely what you have done.0
