I noticed this offer today too. Some wines are already on offer so you can save even more. I bought:

    3x Blossom Hill white zinfandel - £3.99 (usually £4.99)
    2x Ernest & Julio Gallo ruby cabernet - £3.79 (usually £4.79)
Wolf Blass shiraz cabernet sauvignon - £4.99 (usually £6.99)

OH will be happy when he gets home!

Offer ends on Sunday 1st April.

I also bought from this offer, but I believe Sainsburys Online has a error in one of their offers (which I of course took advantage of!).

They are selling 1 mixed case of 12 "Prestige Wines" RRP £136 for £51. It has a tag on it claiming to be part of the 25% off deal, but it is cleary almost 1/3 the price instead! There are some excellent wines on the list, take advantage whilst you can, I say.

Although this might seem like an April Fools message - in my local Sainsbury's in Oxford you get 25% off all wine when you buy 6 bottles - in fact, they took a discount off twice on the bill. I lost the receipt, but it might be that they take the 25% off then the standing 5% off that they usually take off for six bottles anyway - making 30%.

It applies to all wine: the Pinot Grigio that they are selling half price at £3.74 is very drinkable - and comes down to less than £3 a bottle through this offer.

Not wanting to promote alcoholism, just thought I'd let the public know. Just because you have it doesn't mean you have to drink it.

Dont forget if you know someone who works for Sainsburys, their staff discount is 15% at the minute so it becomes 40% total discount :rotfl:

I can only apologise for not posting the link the first time (i'm a novice money saver!)

I checked the site, and they appear to have found and removed it. Sorry again.

Altivo Reserva Rioja is on offer at half price - £4.99 per bottle instead of £9.99. You then get the 25% discount on top. So a bottle costs £3.85. Very good deal if you can get it. Don't think it's online though.

Also Lanson black label champagne is reduced by £5 to £17.49 and the 25% deposit works on this as well, making a bottle £13 if you buy more than six bottles of anything.

the discounts are the normal 5% + another 20%

For me, I recommend the Nobilo New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc .. already £2 off per bottle, this discount reduces it to a bargain £3.75 per bottle
