Free virgin broadband technical support

Money saving peeps who rent a virgin phone line and subscribe to virgin broadband can now get broadband technical support for free. Just dial 150 and follow the menus until you get through to the correct department, if you need assistance to get back on-line.
Calls to 150 are free. Previously one had to call an 0871 number, with an average cost of £2-4 per call. Full marks to Virgin for making this improvement compared to when it was NTL.

As with all technical support one has to wait a while, however the level of service I had yesterday was very good.

even when they changed from the free phone number to the 0871 number i still went through 150 as i refused to phone the 0871 number....0 -
When they were NTL I allways used 150. so nothing has changed.GONE ENGLAND0

had BB from them for abt 6 yrs now and have always used 150.tech support has always been free apart from a short while last year but it changed back when people complained.0
