Holiday entitlement

Being messed around by employer over numerous things but recently over holidays.

What's the situation regarding:

1. Having a six day break, authorised by the employer over two months previously, being cancelled with two days to go?

2. Receiving a hand delivered letter from employer, demanding return to work in the middle of a two week break?

3. Sitting on a request for two days off in November for three weeks while other employees get their holidays authorised with a couple of days?

All the above with a refusal to refund expenses incurred, only time off in lieu at an inconvenient time.

They can't lawfully do that without your agreement with two days' notice. AFAIK notice must be twice as long as the leave taken to cancel already agreed leave.

Was it an authorised two week break? Assuming so, they can only cancel agreed leave with lawful notice.

They can do that if they like, sorry. :)

    What were the expenses for?

How long have you worked there?
