ING direct mortgage/remortgage 5.39% rate

Hello all. Quite new to all this mortgage malarky but having been on moneysupermarket and other mortgage brokers sites I'm finding it hard to find a better quote. No fees etc with this bank which is all a plus. It just seems to good to be true. really.
I did do search on these forums regarding ING but other rates were appearing so I guess this one might be new.
Your views would be appreciaited.

Its a good rate but its variable, most people prefer fixed i guess
