be aware british gas don't carry out any of the survey or work themselves but they use a 3rd party company to do it - the companies they use often have v bad feedback on being pushy sales people etc - not trying to put anyone of but ask which company will be coming out and google them before agreeing to make a fully educated decision if you want these people in your home
