Orange - late payments showing on credit report

Checked my e-mail this morning, nothing s of yet but keeping everything crossed.

I find it a shame that i closed my bad accounts in 09 and have now got rid of the statements as i would be checking against some of the other late payments on my file! as been an orange customer since 2004

It took them about 24 hours to get back to me

I haven't kept my orange bills for years and recently they've been online anyway. They have all the information anyway. Was able to download my bank account transactions for that period to see who was right or wrong, but didn't need to send that. All I sent was a screen shot of my Equifax report showing only my Orange account.

Hi all!

I'm sort of in the same situation as you with Orange ruining my credit with a false unpaid bill.
As I just hate phoning customer service I tried the email address you mentioned, but got a failed delivery message back
Does anyone happen to have an updated email address?

Thanks all of the above posts - I've been paying my Orange bill late on a more or less regular basis (Sim only deal, I've been ringing up and paying over the phone) and thinking very little of it as I've always paid .......now I'm realising how much this will be harming my credit rating!!:eek::eek:

I have one of these too, called customer services, was given the email address, emailed them and have had no response at all. It was through a change of contract that i got mine, it was DD before, and DD after, i cant understand how it could possibly be marked as late as i didn't change any details, other than them taking a smaller amount, as i was just swapping an old contract for a better one!! Ill have to chase it up again.
