    Yes, but that would be called lying. Judges and tribunals are usually quite good at knowing when somebody is not telling the truth.

    but then surely from the advice here that if that happens to anyone walk away as you do not want to be seen as a trouble maker. Get another job and forget about it............oh but then it may hinder the next job search just like this reference could havve if the new job weren't going to over look it and take the OP on.
