1. OP says near the beginning of the thread that she pays 'at least the min each month on credit card'. Later she says she pays it off each month. Something not quite right there!
2. Herself and partner earn around the same amount yet they hardly have any savings for deposit. So they have an expensive lifestyle - that is one hell of a lifestyle.
3. If she can't pay off a cc of £1500 how is she going to pay off a loan of £10,000 AND save the money for the next payment.
4. 2 years will fly by and then get a massive mortgage! Plus the service charges of £000,s per year. and living in this luxury apartment she will have to spend a fortune 'keeping up with the Jones's' with regard furniture, clothes, going out etc.
5. If these places are so desirable and people clamouring for them why don't the developer just sell them instead of waiting 2 years for the full money? Obviously they are overpriced and this is the only way they can off-load them.0
