Boots No7's 'Secret'

I know I've posted about this already but I just want to rant and also ask if anyone else has heard about this No7 revamp at the end of the month.

My make up is running out, in fact some of it has actually run out but I am reluctant to buy new until I see what this new No7 is like, if its not suitable or more expensive I may aswell buy some more Clinique but I don't want to splash out on that if the new No7 is going to be OK but all the sale assistants at Boots can say 'We can't tell you, its a secret'.

Very annoying.

The No7 department in my Boots store was all done up about 6 weeks ago. No new products though.

btw john lewis is starting clinique bonus time on 23rd august and debenhams will have one in october - should you not decide on No7. personally i don't rate No7 as a good alternative to clinique. i prefer the soap and glory skin care as a good alternative or even avene - though i know they are not close comparisions ingredient wise - but quality wise - so i purchase these when i run out of clinique and theres no bonus time at that time

Its supposed to be a revamp of their make up. Our Boots No7 has got a new counter too. All I've been told is the new range will 'blow people away' but they won't say anymore.

I do like both Clinique and No7 but all my Clinique has run out at once (when I say all I mean about three items as I use No7 blusher and mascara), I also like Clinique cleanser. I just want to view this new 'secret range' so I can decide which way to go.

Try No 17, very similar quality to No 7 but seriously cheaper and more choice and on trend.

I love Avene stuff, I was recommended it by my dermatologist, haven't looked back.

Oooh not heard about this and I work in Boots. Off this week or I would have offered to go snooping down with out No.7 girls lol. If you dont find out by next week PM me and I will ask for you

Hey the other day I was in a boots in Enfield and asked for the tester of some foundation and was told nothing more was being sent in to them as they were revamping the whole line at the end of the month.

Yes the make up range is getting a total revamp. Launching at the end of this month.

I will say the sizes will be more expensive as is always the way with Boots when they do revamping/packaging.

My SIL tried to buy a lipstick which was out of stock and the sa said no new stock back in until the end of the month.

I've been invited to the launch (beauty blogger!) but unfortunately won't be able to attend.

We have been told nothing either - so it's not that Boots staff are being awkward/deliberately withholding information, as the details of the new range have not been told to anyone yet.

I wouldn't agree that 17 is of comparable quality to No7 - 17's nail polish is the worst I've ever used. However, I do think that No7 has been getting ideas above its station lately with its prices compared to the product quality, so do hope that with the new launch they won't be putting prices up again.
