JSA, Holiday and Reclaim

I had to do exactly the same when I went away for five days (was already booked and paid for before I ever thought I would be claiming JSA). I phoned them up because I was unsure about when to sign off. My local job centre simply said 'you'll need to sign off when you next come in to sign on'. That was two days before I went away. Didn't have a problem with them, in fact the lady behind the desk told me some interesting places to visit while I was abroad.
While I was away my money was paid into my account up until the date I signed off.
When I returned I did a rapid reclaim online and had an interview at the Job Centre the next day.
It was easy to do and no real hassle. I would argue it was too easy...0 -

I bet you receive benefits and go on holiday.
Don't forget that tax credits and child benefit are benefits no different than JSA.0
