Can anyone advise how likely it is that nationwide would give me consent to let whilst i am on their BMR?
I know they add 1% onto your current rate if they let you, but would they let me do this whilst on their BMR which they have now amended and is only applucable to folk who took out mortgages prior to 2010, all other mortgages now return to their SVR which is higher than the BMR.
Thanks
