just had a strange conversation with one of my loan companies.
firstly they wanted me to convert all my loans from unsercued into one big secured loan. which i said no too, then i said i want to overpay this month.
as soon as i said that they got really funny with me about over paying.

Is this normal??????

Well done for saying no to the secured loan :)
As for no overpayments, different banks have different policies. Some allow it, some don't. If they don't there's nowt you can really do about it, as long as it was in the T&Cs you signed up to when you took out the loan or have been notified of since.
