non- stick pan nows sticks

Hello
I have a much loved non-stick pan, sadly the lining of it seems to be wearing down in places and its "non-stickiness" is failing.
Is there anything I can do to salvage this pan (Cheaply)? Or do I give up on it?

I'm afraid that it sounds like it's time to pension it off.
If it's got a lid, you may, as I did, find that it fits something else, like a wok.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

this thread may have afew ideas? do let us know what works for you
this thread about a griddle may have some alternative ideas
not sure if seasoning the pan is any use?
