You'll get a 'bill' as well.
But - heads up - double check the amount. It may say "£0" to pay because you don't owe it until 31 January 2013. Mine always does this - even though I always have a bill to pay - so make sure you're looking in the right place. I've paid mine already, and it now says I've overpaid and can request a repayment, but that's just because I've paid it early, and in January 2013 it will read as balanced.
So. On your 'At a Glance' page, it will read £0, as there's nothing to pay yet (or, possibly, nothing to pay at all, but best to check).
To double check, click on 'View your last submitted tax return'. Then halfway down that page, 'View your calculation'. This is what you owe. It may be £0, but unless your profit was less than c£5000, you will have something to pay, even if it's just NIC 4s.
You can also find this info on the PDF that was generated when you did your tax return (presumably you printed or saved it?).
You'll then get a bill around January reminding you to pay - due 31 January 2013 at the latest.

KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
