New hamper deal

The other thread about the six hampers deal has been closed, so i can't post there, but I thought I would let everyone know that I received my firstt hampers today, as promised by Neil when he rang me last week. They're lovely - the two types shown in the photo someone posted on the other thread. I got the double deal and I'm sharing with my mum, and she is delighted with the quality as well.

Just got mine delivered today as well.

Very good quality, I got two exactly the same but that suits me.

Just need to find somewhere to put them now.

I also ordered the pay in advance monthly hamper deal, the first delivery of 2 picnic hampers arrived this morning. The hampers are very good quality, as everyone else has described (the photographs are on the expired thread). If the rest are as good as this I'll be very happy.

3 chocolate hampers for £45 which looks like good value for presents etc. You'd get these straight away, so good for anyone who had a concern about the pay in advance nature of the previous deal. I'd definitely be going for this if I hadn't ordered the previous one.

As the OP of the other monthly hamper deal thread I'm pleased to see that some more of you have now received your first hampers. I was originally told my hampers would be sent out at the start of last week. When I didn't hear or receive anything I contacted Neil who said they would be delivered on Tuesday. I then received a phone call Tuesday to say they would be with me on Thursday. I waited in all day Thursday but nothing so contacted the company again. I've now been told they were sent out yesterday and should hopefully be arriving today. Fingers crossed they do - I'm a little bit disappointed that I am still waiting for mine even though I ordered before I shared the deal on MSE!

I keep seeing on twitter that various deals keep being advertised but I will be waiting to see what the first few hampers (and delivery times!) are like before I'd consider any other deals.

Thought I'd mention it, as it was all over their twitter account, and might also be something they repeat in the near future. Anyways, I've decided to go ahead and order myself having seen the feedback on here Will let you know what they're like once they've arrived. Delivery is December now I think.

Not sure if this includes their Christmas Hamper deal + extra hamper - if it does, it could be an unbelievable combination.

I seem to remember that someone on the other thread was told end of the month, so probably in a week or so. I'm looking forward to seeing what's in the second!

I was very impressed with my 2nd delivery. Two delicious Thornton hampers. I have already eaten the contents of one :-)

How big were the hampers? Just rough dimensions?

I just hope mine get home with the wife uneaten.
