* The Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 6 p.m. on 1 September 2012.
* The Prize Draw closes for entries online at 5 p.m. on 6 September 2012.
How to enter & cost of entry:
To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:
* PRTS Phone – call 0904 161 9777 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each call costs £1.54 from BT landlines, charges for other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. Prize:
There is one prize consisting of:
1. A cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winning Prize Draw entrant only.
The prize provider for this element of the prize is FreemantleMedia Enterprises, 1 Stephen Street, London W1T 1AL.
2. A seven-night trip for the winner and three companions to Canada, including a trip to a Justin Bieber concert in Toronto, a tour around Niagara Falls and a helicopter flight. At least one of the travelling party must be aged 21 or over.
The prize must be taken between 30 November 2012 and 7 December 2012: no other dates are available.
The prize includes:
a) return flights from London Heathrow airport to Toronto Pearson International Airport, departing on 30 November 2012 and returning on 7 December 2012, together with transfers from: the airport in Toronto to the hotel in Toronto; the hotel in Toronto to the hotel in Niagara Falls; and the hotel in Niagara Falls to the airport in Toronto;
b) hotel accommodation for four people in a four star hotel in Toronto for five nights and in Niagara Falls for two nights. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis. One of the travelling party must be aged 21 or over in order to check into the hotels, and a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds will be required in order to check in at the hotels for security deposit purposes;
c) four tickets for the travelling party to attend a Justin Bieber concert at the Rogers Centre in Toronto on 1 December 2012, together with return transfers between the hotel in Toronto and the concert venue. The group must comply with the terms and conditions of the venue provider, and photographic identification may be required. The winner and their companions acknowledge that the Promoter does not accept responsibility in the event that Justin Bieber does not perform on the relevant date, or that the concert does not take place as specified for any reason, and no alternative concert or other prize will be provided;
d) one helicopter flight for the travelling party departing from Niagara District Airport, lasting approximately twenty minutes in a nine (9) passenger helicopter. The flight may be booked at various times during the day but is subject to availability and may change or be cancelled due to weather conditions. Each person flying will be required to produce valid photographic identification and to comply with the security requirements of the tour provider, including hand luggage checks. They will also need to notify their weight in advance to the tour provider, and the flight is subject to a maximum weight limit per passenger; and
e) one four-hour, guided tour of Niagara Falls (conducted by coach and on foot) for the travelling party, which can be taken at various times throughout the day/evening, and includes pick-up and drop-off at the hotel in Niagara Falls.
The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Canada. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party and (ii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. Where one or more of the winner’s companions is aged under 18 years old, such companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
Travel insurance will be provided for the winner and their companions for the duration of the trip, subject to the restrictions and terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Any additional costs relating to obtaining cover for pre-existing medical conditions or on account of an individual being aged over 74 years must be met by the winner or their companion(s).
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. The travelling party must also ensure that they adhere to the local laws in Canada, including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages, which is 21 years or over.
The prize excludes ground transport to and from London Heathrow airport, meals, drinks or excursions (other than those specified above), attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.

The entry form requires a 'mobile number', does anyone know if my entry will still be accepted if I put a landline number? Seems a bit unfair that those without mobiles cannot enter.0
