Who can enter:

Opening/closing date & time:
• Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com website as stated in the Red or Black? programme (the “Programme”) on Saturday 18th August 2012.

• Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 9.00 a.m. on Monday 8th October 2012.

Winner selection & contact:
• The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize, subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

• The draw will take place on Monday 8th October 2012.

• The winner will be contacted on the draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:
To enter this Competition, answer the Competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

• PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 50 50 and follow the instructions given; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each call costs £1.54 from BT landlines, charges for other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

• SMS text – send a SMS text to 63339 with A or B to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

• Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Loyalty offer 6 for 4 on PRTS and SMS
• PRTS Phone - Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the Competition a third time without additional charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines, charges for other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

• SMS text – SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 63339 by the Competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

Prize:



There is one prize consisting of the following:

1. A C-Class Mercedes Saloon car in the winner's choice of red or black, including first registration fee, 7 days' insurance (subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider), £30 worth of petrol and road tax for the first year. The car will be delivered to the winner's home address within 6 weeks of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner; a signature will be required upon delivery. Such documentation includes without limitation a current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the car after the initial 7 days of included insurance has expired and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. Prize provider: Mercedes-Benz Brooklands, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0SL



2. A cheque for £50,000 made payable in the name of the entrant only. The cheque will be sent by registered post to the winner's home address; a signature may be required upon delivery. Prize provider: ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT



3. A luxury goods package (with a total retail value of over £9,800) consisting of the following products:

The luxury goods will be delivered by courier to the winner's home address; a signature will be required upon delivery. The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize, including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). 4. A holiday for the winner and up to three companions to the Conrad Maldives Rangali



Island resort for seven nights based on two Beach Villa rooms with two people sharing each room, including breakfast, lunch and dinner each day in Atoll Market or Rangali Bar. The prize includes return economy flights from a London airport to Male and return seaplane transfers from the airport in Male to the hotel. The prize also includes one 60 minute spa treatment per person. The prize is subject to availability, and must be booked and taken up by no later than 31stAugust 2013 and cannot be taken during the following dates: 24 December 2012 to 15 January 2013; 8 February 2013 to 15 February 2013 and 25 March 2013 to 7 April 2013.



The prize excludes ground transport to and from the relevant London airport, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions and treatments (other than those specified above), car hire travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.



Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the Maldives. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation cover for overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. The winner is also responsible for informing the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.



The winner must ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the Maldives, and that they adhere to the local laws in the Maldives including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages.



The prize must be booked directly with the prize provider who will contact the winner within 20 days of winner confirmation. Upon booking their trip, the winner will be bound by and subject to the hotel's terms and conditions, which are available on their website (www.conradmaldives.com).

Don't worry about the holiday, I won a nice prize with a hol in it once and when it came to the time to go I couldn't and that was that...I doubt they even knew.
