I would have done, but I've got far much to do between now and then I just won't have the time.:(

Right, I'm off to the Extra on a ketchup hunt!

:eek::eek: Who'd have thought that it would take so long to pop to T's and pick up a couple of bits in town?

I was naughty in town, but boy did it feel good! Besides, the guy has had it coming for a long long time.

Well I think someone got a nice windfall last night!

Emptied the car last night and today put everything away but seem short of 6 bottles of wine! I always put 6 bottles in double bags all together and this store had also run out of bags and only had white carriers.

I've found my bag of oddments in a white bag but no wine! Looks like I've put the bag down to get my car keys out and open the car then chucked in the oddments and left the wine by the car lol.

Odd thing is I did exactly the same thing at the same store with 2 big bottles of sunflower oil a few weeks back! I drove back that time and they were still there but not sure driving 100 odd miles 24 hours later for wine would yield the same result this time!

    EDIT...........

losing my marbles here!!! Panic over....one lot of wines are in an ASDA wine carrier.....they had no bags so I used a wine carrier instead lol.........doh!

I'd forget my name if I didn't know it was French Knickers!

Oh well....best go get some more lol.

I hate doing this - done similar myself a few times and would rather give the bloomin stuff away than lose it:mad:

Lovely man, he's obviously got nothing better to do....

Yep. He came down to me one night asking if I would email the Housing Association to put in a complaint about something. When I asked him why he couldn't do it he told me that they had stopped replying to him some time previously. I had to laugh but he wasn't impressed. Anyway, the garden over the back of ours has an old air raid shelter in it but it's covered in ivy to hide it and it looks nice. The guy that does the garden keeps it trimmed back so it doesn't come in to our garden (He never used to, but upstairs seen to it that the Housing Association made sure it was done) and one vine/branch whatever you want to call it had dared grow past the edge of the wall and in to our garden and it was annoying him. I told him he was being silly and it wasn't doing any harm and he started banging on about how "it's not the point though, it shouldn't be growing in our garden." I told him that if he felt that strongly about it he should nip down with a pair a scissors and snip it off. He then went off on one about how he shouldn't have to and all that.

He is very OCD, some mornings he is a nightmare as he's getting ready to go to work. He wears big Timberland boots and he stomps about from room to room over and over checking that he's switched everything off and washing his hands. Once he gets out of the flat he will go down the stairs, then back up again to check that he's locked his door and he will do this 5 or 6 times. But he can't just put the key in the lock and check, he has to turn the door handle down as if he was going to open it then shake the door so it makes a right racket where the bolt slaps about in it's hole. The girl next to him who works nights came out one morning and gave him a right mouthful and sent him off with his tail between his legs but it hasn't stopped him.:(

Edit: He actually admitted to me that although where he works doesn't do flexi time, they had to put him on it because he can never get there on time.:rotfl:
