You have smallish pic as some can be too large and then copy and paste the code. I think it's the code that is second in the list. HTH

thanks off for a look now.

Lesleyanderson - so sorry to hear about the loss of the pups :( Sending healing vibes to mum and hope that she picks up soon. And big {{{hugs}}} for you smileyvault-arms.gif

I will always say get her spayed as that's down to my own personal views, but I am sure you will do what's best for her, it's clear she is a much loved girl! puppykisses.gif

Thank you magicowen :) can I just ask why you think it's best to get them sprayed? I want to do what's best for her :)

  • Any ex smokers on the thread?

I havn't had a cig since Sunday night, feel really determined to quit for good, but..

If anyone could advise me how to not eat everything in sight I would be really grateful!

lol....welcome to the fat bloaters club! I ballooned by 5 stones after quitting! Is odd now having to diet having been a stick insect most of my life! :rotfl:

Much rather this though than smoking. Well done you! :T

Update on my phone calls .... and I knew I would get

I rang Alan's pension people and they sent two cheques out, separately, on 21st August. The small amount hit my account on 23rd August and cleared overnight 24th/25th Fri/Sat but no sign of the large cheque yet. Bank say nothing pending and to get pension firm to cancel/issue new cheque. Pension firm say can't do that until 10 working days have passed, so I have to wait until Tuesday next wekk and ring them then if still not with bank. Thing is, I needed that money to get my car on Saturday so, unless it appears later today or possibly tomorrow, I will have to delay getting my car :(:(

When I rang about my ESA they said it had been 'pulled out for query' exactly as happened two weeks ago, even though it shouldn't have been, so they are processing today and will get it tomorrow/Friday and it 'should' be ok for next time

Then I rang about my bathroom to be told that it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get the result of the asbestos survey and it is only 3 weeks since they did the survey. I said that if I had been told this in the first place I would not have been ringing up to see what was happening for the last 10 days or so, to be fobbed off. And then I asked how we were told in April that the job was put on Priority 1 which was 'to do within one month' if all this had to be done and it couldn't possibly be done within the time we were told  Plus it was set at that due to husbands condition and he had died before it was done and I am still waiting. For God's sake, the Occ Therapist told us the shower was dangerous and we were not to use it until bathroom was changed to a wet room. Imagine if we had done as he said? No shower since 19th April   I still use the shower, I have to, but have had 2 falls since then due to the 9 inch step into tray and the slippery tray, plus many 'almost falls'

So it is a    day so far :(

At least the garden is coming along nicely :rotfl: :rotfl:

Aww 3dogs you really shouldn't be going through all this. It's awful. I pray things get better for you :)

    Thank you wirehair :)
    It really is :(
Aww I'm sooo sorry to hear that. What breed is she? Did you find out what caused her to lose half the litter? I knew things weren't right as Meggie gained her weight then you could see her lose it. But she was off her food and I was practically begging her to eat, so wasn't sure if that was the cause of the weight loss. So had the scan down a week before she was due and told only one puppy. I was still over the moon with that as I thought this puppy must be a little fighter if it's survived what the other puppys didn't. I even had a name for the puppy, if it was a little girl. I would have had 3 generations of little lady's :)
It's soo heartbreaking to watch them go through it and not get the end result. But at least she is on the mend and that really is the most important thing. :)
My little girl is a mini wirehaired dachshund . She had 4 little babies but 2 died in the first 24 hours :( it was horrid watching them lose their fight . I put it down to vet not doing a cesarean when I asked , she waited 10 hours before she did one .( my vet was away)
Just had to keep the 2 puppy's left after that .:)
Never pay more than you have too

No news from tiger cub yet. He/she is staying put, I'm guessing until tomorrow or Friday. Today is a day for me doing nothing but putting feet up :j
