I've just put dinner in the slow cooker, along with a good few glugs of the glitching red. Had to have a little swig to test it and I must say, it's bleeding horrid. Far too dry for my liking but I bet it will taste lovely after a bottle or two of the rose. Hiccup-pp. :rotfl::rotfl:
The wine is in the 'plonk' category - but I reckon its a fairly drinkable plonk and certainly isn't 'bleeding horrid'. But different people have different tastes and, if you really only like soft, mellow fruity wines then this will taste a bit rough.
Its not a wine that I would drink on its own though - but to me, it seems fine with food. I had some last night with slow cooked beef casserole (the glitching Asda braising steak) and it went down very well. I'm no wine buff but I prefer red wines with food and I think you get a false impression if you just try a swig on its own.ELITE 5:2

Morning all.
Lesleyanderson have been looking for an update, hope your little lady is okay.
I have another day off today and have to pop over to Hanley. Just been having a quick check on Asda and Tesco stores locators en route. Would be lovely to find 'Plenty' of 'Golf Balls'. Not seen any of the Lindt golf balls for ages round my way.I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j

I'm in limbo, I want to go shopping etc but feel a bit reluctant going alone just incase! I think I'll just take the dog to the park and leave shopping until tomorrow.
Nooo, go to the Supermarket! I can't remember which one, but if you go in to labour in the supermarket and they call the ambulance you supposedly get a load of free baby stuff from me.0 -
Does the wine glitch at Asda only work on the rose and red or is the white glitching as well please?"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138
