I have now used up my YS coconut up entirely. Whoop whoop! No waste!

The milk has been turned into a 3 ingredient boozy banana and coconut icecream and the flesh has been turned into coconut confections!!:D

Any ideas on what to do with the second coconut???

just googled piña colada. It is sooooo easy to do. Cheers :beer:

The coconut cream is easy. When the milk settles, the cream comes to the top for skimming off so this is a definite for next time!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!! I'd imagine it is VERY calorific though :eek:

apparently if you cut them in half they make great bird feeders- Birds will have a feast!
