I have now used up my YS coconut up entirely. Whoop whoop! No waste!
The milk has been turned into a 3 ingredient boozy banana and coconut icecream and the flesh has been turned into coconut confections!!:D
Any ideas on what to do with the second coconut???

Wow. Never thought of teaming it with pineapple! That's got the old grey matter going!
Edit:
just googled piña colada. It is sooooo easy to do. Cheers
The coconut cream is easy. When the milk settles, the cream comes to the top for skimming off so this is a definite for next time!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!! I'd imagine it is VERY calorific though :A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A
