Hi, the Asda Shades of White Toilet Roll (packs of 9) end in barcode 4443. I managed to find 2 on top shelf yesterday. Good luck in getting them!

I saw some in our local but as I wasnt sure I didnt get any,SEl said £3 wish I'd taken one to ss machine to try now. The odd thing was I was s*='ford store in the morning, no space on the shelves for 9 packs and my OH convinced me that 9 was the wrong number and 9 packs did not exist ;)

No it is 4443 but beware, I found several with this b/c that scanned at £3, others have said the same, it does seem to be store specific, hth.

I got 27 packets in my big A's - the small A's which are about a mile away from each other have the right barcodes but they are £3!!

  • Afternoon all hope everyone is fine and dandy on this dull day.
Am after a bit of help - I don't have an A close by so didn't pay too much attention to how ppl were getting the wine(tho must admit to being slightly envious!) anyway I now have the opportunity to get there today so could someone help with a quick link to an ideal A vs T shop - am checking bk like mad but time is running out til my lift arrives so any help with what the ideal number of wines to buy is
    TIA

Buy the wine in lots of three (upto 9 bottles, but best to buy 3 and keep your APG small as not to draw too much attention to yourself)..along with at least 7 other items, preferably 9 or 10. Buy 1 apple, 1 onion etc and smart price items..mixed herbs, water, toilet rim block are a few that match.
    Born to glitch :D

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!

Must go and face the heap of things I have to do in the next 12 hours!!!!:eek: Who's idea was it to book a holiday on Wednesday and go the following Tuesday anyway - oh, I know, my OH, who only has to pack to be ready :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

This made me smile and then :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: brough back memories from 3 years ago  My DH went into town to the bank on the Tuesday morning then popped into Mr As for me. Next door is Thomas Cook, when DH got home he informed me he had booked a holiday for just the 2 of us. We had to fly from Stanstead on the Thursday so had to quickly start packing :eek:
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Don't think it's rude. I'm quite an open girl. ;):eek::rotfl::eek::eek:;)

24 days worth of pay; earning about £100 per day. You do the maths. ;)

For your 1st full pay month this is brilliant. The down side is that you have to start paying your student laodns straigh away :(

But when you think how many years you have been in training - is it 5???? this payrate is a disgrace.

So I hope you have been sensible now and wriiten yourself a shiny new budget and savings plan to stick to rather than going bananas spending it all on shoes and chocolate:rotfl:

My eldest is also in her 1st full year of proper grown up work after uni and everytime she gets a payrise, changes departments or gets a promotion or secondment I give her the lecture about budgeting and saving and spending her money properly. Needless to say she is ignoring me :D
