Right I've finished my cup of tea thanks Issyc :)

Going off for a shower and hope someone will have reported back on the wine today by the time I have finished. And hopefully someone will be kind enough to tell me what toilet roll I need to look for. 4 females in the house and we do get through rather a lot. ;)

Hi, the Asda Shades of White Toilet Roll (packs of 9) end in barcode 4443. I managed to find 2 on top shelf yesterday. Good luck in getting them!

  • Before oh pops out can someone help please?
What happens if the shopping in Asda has more than 10 items that are lower in price in Tesco?
Do the 8 items for the comparable shop have to be compared or is n/a ok?
    Thank you

I have been trying to read the latest news about this big cat on the loose but I am unable to open any lynx. To be honest, I think it was just someone on their way to a gymnastics class dressed in a leopard.

Thankyou, i will keep my eyes peeled when i go shopping next time

Im assuming the sel price was not £2 :o

They were right on the very top shelf of a display of regular priced plenty (4 pks, 6 pks etc). And no sel up there. I think a member of staff had put them there for their friends or for themselves later :rotfl:
I just happen to know about the 8pks from reading this thread so got lucky :money:

Totally off topic, how much are king size duvets to clean?

There's no way ours will fit in our washer. Are they much to do in a launderette? Has anyone cleaned theirs recently so know what the going rate is? We normally buy new and recycle but there have been no good deals that I've been able to get.

    Cheers. :)

I took two Kingsize feather duvets to be washed at the launderette two weeks ago today and it cost me £4 each to do them myself in their large machines.

They do not fit in the spin driers though, but they weren't too wet so I took them home to dry, one over the pulley and the other over the stair banister.

With them being feather I had to shake them regularly to stop the feathers clumping, two folks best for this.

Edit:- Just realised several folks had already replied, but it will give an idea of cost round the country hopefully to you and others depending on where you stay. Mind you £4 looks like the norm for a wash on it's own. Our driers are also 20p for about 5 mins, but I'm not sure it was worth it as last time I used them for towels they took ages, but then again it may fluff out the feathers better in a quilt.

Anyone know if these a$da glitchy things can be done in a George store that has a little aSda in it. And can APG's be spent at any A$da store including the little a$da's in george shops.

    TIA
