I'd say I'm an expert at doing cannulas. I literally have about 200 signed off. :rotfl: It's all about looking for the best vein. Applying the tourniquet to a few different parts of the arm and finding that little beauty that no-one else has bothered to find. Not just going for the first semi-decent vein and giving that one a go. :mad:

Communication is really important, I agree. :T Manchester is quite a heavy emphasis on communication skills. I dream about communication skills sometimes. :rotfl:
