Is it me or do all the bad troutings happen at T stores??
Its quite rare at S or A and even rarer at Mr M & Mr W, I wonder why?
We have a theory that they get special "training" usually saying personal things to customers like being liars and theives, how do they get this special gift?
No it can happen anywhere, my worst trouting was A's and I had my DS with me who was just mortified:o:o:oFrench_Knickers wrote: »Wait till you've had a trouting in sainsbobs....they can get VERY intimidating!
Its all like water off a ducks back to me these days but sainsbobs make the hairs on my neck stand on end as they really do WATCH people and share info.
Very true, in the end it just comes with the territory;)Although it really shouldnt have tolesleysanderson wrote: »Well done :T through experience BS has the best customer service ever. I've shopped with them for years and any problem is always resolved without hesitation. Thanks BS :T
Got to agree there, everytime I've phoned them for something they've been brilliant:T:T:TAlthough I only ever phone if somethings damaged and they always tell you to keep the product and they send out a replacement.Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

Yes I tried that with my missing one this morning. I told them the one I got the body butter and scrub had been damage and leaked. She looked at my account and said to me you did not pay for it so we are not send a replacement.:(
I give up now as I can be bothered to return it.0 -
Morning everyone ,been so busy with Auntielala not much time to keep in touch so sending hugs and congratulations to all those that need them .Off to Poole today with Auntielala to attend a beauty workshop as bless her the hair is gradually coming out and she will be given lots of help with how to cope with things like this.On the way I shall be taking her on a quick Beanz run.Still managing to get a few wombles ,also using lots of vouchers that Lala gave me when she came to visit.
Nanny, how freaky. I asked Lala this morning about you posting. A couple of T's, a S and an A in Poole if you both want to cheer yourselves up.
Hope that the workshop is interesting for you both but please make sure that Auntie knows that beauty comes from within. Take care. x0 -
