What happened?
Just waiting to hear back from HO will let you know when I get an answer from them, but lividI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

not sure if this has been mentioned but i picked up some 400g Rowse honey reduced to 64p last friday. The BB date is Sept 2013 so plenty of time to use them.

Aaaaaaaarrrrrrggggg!!! RANT ALERT!!
Just got off the phone to Virgin Media, sooooo annoyed with them. We have XXL TV, Broadband and phone and to be fair they have been pretty good, the speed is great we now get 100Mb. However... at the new house they can't do cable (and won't be:(), they can offer me broadband through the BT line and a phone line and it will only be 2.5 Mb. We run our own business and I have told them I have to keep the same phone number. They say they can't guarantee it. I told them I don't want them as my IP and they have told me I will have to pay £180 to cancel the contract :eek:.
This is where I started to get angry as on their own website it says
If we and/or Virgin Media Payments:
a) increase our charges under this agreement
b) make significant changes to the services so the services you are entitled to receive in return for the charges you pay are significantly altered or reduced; or
c) make significant changes to the terms and conditions of this agreement (including the other legal stuff),
My argument is this
1 They increased the fee last month by £2.00
2 They will be making significant changes to the services I am entitled to as they are not able to provide me with the service I agreed to which is XXL cable TV and broadband.
Sorry for the rant but the solicitors already scammed me for an extra £180 today for an indemnity policy for an extension that was built years before we moved here:eek::eek::eek:If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0 -
