just copying my post on body shop, am fuming with UPS driver still:mad::mad::mad:

all my orders arrived at work and home address today, all bar one had the gift sets

sorry to all who didn't receive all theirs

one question, perhaps i am over-reacting but the UPS delivery driver was having a bit of a gossip about me to a family member on another delivery (with same surname) about all my body shop deliveries:o:(, sounds they had a bit of a laugh at my expense, was a massive number of orders (well 10:o:D:p ) but isn't it a bit off that he should be mentioning to other people what i have ordered, just means i can't give this stuff to that family now for presents

don't they have a code of confidentiality? what if it had been more delicate items you know of a sensitive nature (lost the icon for wink lol with editing)

can i complain and if so who to and has anyone got the number pls?

also can i ask a question re the beanz coupon
can we do the same as we did for the palmolive at S, use 2 coupons without authorisation at SS and extra item to mke up shortfall

When I called about my damaged order I was very polite and when the girl said they would replace the damaged item I asked if they would also be sending the gifts out as I had 'paid' for an offer I hadn't received - she said no cos they were out of stock,so I said I'd be prepared to accept a substitute - girl said no problem which do you want
I didn't ask about my other order that I only got the shampoo for 13 quid for a titchy bottle of shampoo and 2lyb cards :eek: but like I said earlier win some lose some -always the way in the glitch game IMHO

If they're being funny with you, Issyc, I'm wondering what response I'm going to get - one of my items was broken and I've emailed to request a replacement.

I don't think that they were being funny with me. I think it was someone who was very switched on about the glitch. I should imagine that you'll have no problem getting a replacement for a broken item. That's a totally different matter.

He shouldn't have been gossiping about your order, but give them the BS stuff anyway, they'll have forgotten all about it by then, and neither of them knew how much you'd paid for it.
