I just tend to make those shops up with 8 loose fruit and vegetables. I don't tend to buy anything else.

Now I have caught up.... i must do some breakfast - beans, eggs( from my chooks ) tomato from apg shop, mushroom from apg shop, kingsmill that was reduced to 15p - so paid 15p to take loaf !! That covers cost of veg.
Free breakfast for me!!
