Has anyone tried these Heinz 5 Beans yet?0

My fave beans recipes both involve toast
Toast, margarine, marmite, beans and grated cheese
Beans with paprika and turmeric and a few chilli flakes. Bit of fry light in a pan, chuck in a few cumin seeds, toast them up, in with the beans and the rest of the spices, chuck it on some toast, job doneI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. You could use them in sausage and beans casserole.0

Very bad
At least now I can eat beans with grated chees eon top. And then there is baked potatoes with beans and cheese.
Isnt there some sort of pork casserole that needs beans with it (and one onion and one carrot!)
Or some sort of Italioan chicken casserole with beans and pasta shells etc
We need receipes
PORK TENDERLOIN, CHORIZO SAUSAGE & BEAN STEW
There may be chorizo at the bottom of one or two freezers.0 -
The baby food is comparable as I had a receipt at the weekend with just babyfood.
Agreed, I buy baby food on most of my targeted APG shops
The receipt in question seemed to have 500ml drinks, single bags of crisps, CDs, clothes. All of which do not count towards your 8 itemsApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
I haven't had branded beans for about a year!!! :rotfl:
I'm looking forward to giving them a try
I just wonder what red kidney beans will taste like in the Heinz "classic" tomato sauce. I usually buy Branston Beans when they are 4 for £1 although I prefer Heinz ones but refuse to pay so much for them.0 -

I actually never went for the 4 Branston at £1. Buying single cans at a time means I can add a value tin to every APG/PP shop that i do
(I just mis-keyed that smiley and in doing so found a new shortcut command. Turns out ctrl and minus makes your screen smaller. Ctrl and plus makes your screen bigger. I love accidentally finding shortcuts!! :j)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I don't like Value beans. We eat Value tinned tomatoes though.
Just tried ctrl/- and ctrl/+ lol - I never knew you could do that either.0 -
Evening all
Why is it when you go to the doctor and explain your symptoms they ask you 'what do you think it is?' umm you're the doctor that's why I came to you  She hummed and hawed about this that and the next and said to get some bloods done. And then asked me if she needed to check my kidneys and liver! I mean !!!!!!?! How on earth am I meant to know. Left feeling like a real tool and that I was wasting her time.
Off to the dentist after that and need to go back for a filling and scale and polish, so nothing major there, thankfully!...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
